Hey guys, Kevin here with etrailer. And today I'm gonna be showing you how to install a Solera RV Slide-Out Awning on our 2022 Jayco Jay Feather travel trailer. So the Solera RV Awning is going to do a good job at protecting your Slide-Out. It's going to cover the roof of your Slide-Out so that no rain, no leaves, any other debris fall on the top of your Slide-Out and then get stuck in here when you're closing it up. It's also going to help with water getting down into your wiper seals so that you don't have to worry about any leaks inside of your RV. Because these awnings block the roof of your Slide-Out it's going to save you a whole lot of money and time further down the road. more

Today, I have a 2018 Jayco Greyhawk motor home, and I want to walk you through how to install the Solera five foot one inch slide topper.These are available in black or white, and they're available in many different sizes. You can find any of those here at etrailer.com.What are some of the reasons we want a slide topper One, if you notice this T-molding, it actually sticks out a couple of inches past the actual box that slides into the inside of our motor home when we're putting our motor home away. The whole top of that box is open to weather, so rain, maybe we go camping where there's a lot of trees, you get sticks up there, you get leaves that build up on there. It can mold and mildew. And if you don't get up and clean it off every time, when you slide that locks in, all that mold and stuff is going inside to create a lot of issues later on. more

Today on 2019 Jayco Greyhawk Motor home, I'm going to show you how to install the Solera 12.5' Slider Slide-Topper in black. Those of us who like camping and RV-ing, it's a nice time to get away with the family to relax. What's going to set these apart from others is these are actually going to extend out 50", which is 8" farther than some of the other ones out there.You can see the box side here sits kind of inside of our T-molding. This T-molding hangs out past it, so it'll seal against the RV. When this is all the way in it has this seal, so it sits against there, and it doesn't allow water or anything to get inside. However, if we didn't have our Slide-Topper on, when we extend it out, it exposes this top side.A lot of campsites have trees in them. more

Solera 8 foot Slide-Topper Installation - 2018 Jayco North Point Fifth Wheel- Video

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Jayco North Point camper, we're going to be taking a look at and we're going to show you how to install the Solera eight foot slider slide-topper in black, part number LCV000168106. This is also available in white. This is what our slide-topper looks like when it's installed. As you can see, we have our slide out completely out, or completely extended out and our slide topper covers that top section of our slide out. What that's going to do, it's going to keep leaves, dirt and debris from getting inside and sitting in there, because what's that going to do, if you get leaves and stuff and everything sitting inside there, if you don't clean it off, it's going to create mold, a lot of dirt. What happens is when you create that mold, this part of the slide out is going to slide in. more
